Rita Distefano joined Portnoy, Messinger, Pearl & Associates in 2005 where she offers her clients expertise in all areas of Human Resources with both off and on-site projects. Amongst her many activities, Rita is past Chair of the Board of Directors of the HIA-LI. She has also served as Chair of the Suffolk County Work force Investment Board for the Suffolk County Department of Labor.
