The world's biggest cyberattack has hit at least 150 countries and infected 300,000 machines since it started spreading last Friday.
The victims include hospitals, universities, manufacturers and government agencies in countries like Britain, China, Russia, Germany and Spain.
The list of institutions has grown as more become aware of hacks and as variants of the virus spread.
Department of Homeland Security: A Homeland Security official said Monday that a "small number" of infrastructure systems were hit by the attack, but that none of the disruption was "significant." The official would not identify which systems but said no federal government entities were hit.

Cyber Security: Simple steps to protect yourself against cyber attacks
1. Secure your computer/laptop physically and by: Activating your firewall
A Firewall works exactly as the name suggests. it monitors all the incoming and outgoing traffic towards your computer. If your antivirus doesn’t include a firewall, make sure you have windows firewall ‘Activated’.
2. Using Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware software
Regularly update Licensed anti-virus software. New research from Microsoft shows that nearly 10% of Windows 8 users are running expired AV software on their systems, making them four times more likely to get infected.
3. Prevent spyware from getting into your computer by NOT installing ‘cracked’ softwares
• Only use licensed, legitimate copies of software or apps, as they may install some other
• Don’t just click NEXT..NEXT….NEXT.. while installing a software. Choose “custom installation” to keep from installing unwanted extra software.

5. WiFi-The most vulnerable network Ever!!
Do NOT use public wi-fi for transactions.
